Here at Reviva, we adore Christmas, I find it such a fun festive time and it goes without saying we love the decorations, entertaining, glitter and sparkle and my love of fairy lights comes into it’s own!

Many couples will be getting engaged this Christmas, it is such a romantic time of year and we are always very busy after the festive season with clients enquiring about getting married in Spain.

Engagement rings are always well thought out by the grooms to be who want to get their proposals perfect and here we are sharing some tips from Ascot Diamonds who create beautiful custom diamond engagement rings.  Do hop over to their website to see some seriously gorgeous, sparkly rings.

Do your engagement ring and wedding ring need to match?

Whilst your hubby to be has carefully chosen the engagement ring and you are choosing the wedding band together sometimes they may not match.  For example if the engagement ring was a shaped one and you want a straight wedding band or your engagement ring is a vintage style and you want a contemporary wedding band can sometimes prove tricky.

You don’t have to wear them together on the same finger, you can always move your engagement ring to another finger and the ring finger on the right hand is usually the same size.  Often brides only wear their engagement rings for special occasions after they are married as they can either be too valuable or their jobs may damage their rings.

If you really want to match and it’s just not working out with your engagement ring, you could always consider getting a new one to wear once you are married. A plain diamond is always a great choice.

Or you can be very patient and wait for the eternity ring!

We hope all our grooms to be are excited and there are many gorgeously romantic proposals and popping of corks this Christmas and if you are planning to host your wedding in Spain then we would be delighted to hear from you!
